- After completion, fax or bring the completed application to the rental office.

- There is a non-refundable APPLICATION FEE of $40 per person - aged 18 years of age and older - who occupy the condo. EACH PERSON must fully complete an Application Package (download from our website).
- Submitted at the time of application, a non-refundable, one-time ADMINISTRATION FEE of $160 is also required.
- After approval and payable with move-in rent is a one-time SECURITY DEPOSIT of $250 which is "subject to refund" at move-out. (Arrangements can be made to pay the Security Deposit in up to 2 payments.)
